In 2022 and 2023 La Cabra Mecánica celebrated the 25th anniversary of the release of their first album with a successful and incredible anniversary tour. The public's reaction at these concerts was so full of emotion and the band’s experience on tour was so wonderful that it has decided to continue touring in what is presumed to be their definite farewell. They will go over their most popular songs, of which there are many, from five studio albums: Cuando me suenan las tripas, Cabrón, Vestidos de domingo, Ni jaulas ni peceras, En directo, Hotel Lichis and the compilation Carne de canción, which marked an era and inspired later generations of artists.
The band led by the charismatic Lichis has always been characterised by mixing styles such as rumba, rock, Latin music, etc., to obtain a pop/rock with a mestizo air. On occasion of the anniversary, the band has also released its third album and first vinyl record Vestidos de domingo (2001), with which they consolidated their position thanks to songs like 'La lista de la compra' - in collaboration with the volcanic María Jiménez - 'Felicidad', 'Sha la la la' and 'Fábula del hombre lobo y la mujer pantera'.
