The Madrid band Patáx, faithful to its jazz fusion style, launches its new album Us, a surprising collection of original songs, proof that the band’s music transcends labels and reaffirms itself in a musical proposal that exudes energy and quality, in which the virtuosity of its musicians always works in favour of the group.
Us offers a musical itinerary of electrifying songs that will make you rise from your chair, combined with beautiful ballads, Afro-Cuban rhythms, moments full of flamenco magic and, of course, a tribute to one of the great inspirations of music, Prince. Us is a major step forward for Patáx, strongly committed once again to the jazz-fusion-Afro-Cuban-flamenco-funk concept in which it believes, and which it has championed for years, every time with better arguments. Patáx has established itself as one of the most outstanding fusion projects on the national and European scene, with over 25 million views on its YouTube channel and 100,000 followers on social media. In the course of its career the band has released 7 albums and has participated in the most prestigious jazz festivals such as Jazzaldia, San Javier or Jazz Madrid, among others.
